Remove a misc line from an offer

Removes a misc line from a draft offer. Requires the write:offers scope.

missing_api_key or invalid_api_key: no API key was sent, or it is wrong, expired or revoked.

403

insufficient_scope: the API key does not have the scope this endpoint needs. required names it.

not_found: there is no such record in your company.

offer_not_draft: the offer was published already; its lines can no longer change. Create a new offer instead. in_use: the line is part of what the customer was shown.

db_error: the database refused or failed the request. message has the details.
